Project Details
Our team realigned over 4,000 migration paths and identified end-user migrations with VDI specifications, approved applications, application clean-up, and rationalization. We introduced a next-generation VDI deployment to our client, with approximately 2,000 end-users, including traders and non-traders, with simultaneous office relocation.
Our migration deployment team performed extensive pre-migration checks, incorporated scripts and automation for communication, coordinated migration schedule and changes, ensuring a smooth migration and experience. The project was completed successfully via scripted/automated batch deployment and efficient execution of operational tasks.
