Overview:
ITCS Group is a regional company providing IT Consultancy and Solutions services to clients in the top-tier Banking Industry. To meet the ever growing demand, we are looking for experienced IT Engineer to join our office in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities;
- In Office and Remote support for ITCS Offices.
- On-site and remote support for local clients and other Regions within APAC.
- Handle technical inquiries and provide tier 1 & 2 solutions.
- Provide IT helpdesk, desktop, and infrastructure support.
- Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system.
- Provide on demand hands and feet infrastructure support for the region when necessary.
- Occasionally provide IT Support during non-office hours.
- Assist and train users to improve the user experience with various IT products.
- Assist with Install, move, add and change of desktops, servers and other infrastructure hardware.
- Report Preparation & Updates as requested.
- Maintenance of company databases and website.
- Responsible for supporting end user software such as M365, ATS, Video Conferencing (MS Teams) etc.
- Vendor Management and Support.
- Report Preparation & Updates as requested.
- Work with internal team for vendor hardware pricing, client support overview, sales pitches, and overall project support.
- Support ITCS Regulatory Advisory services.
Key Requirements:
- Higher diploma in Computing Science or other relevant disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of desktop support experience (fresh grads welcome to apply)
- Applicant with previous experiences in the banking industry will be an added advantage
- Experience on troubleshooting issue on Windows Desktop Environment, MS Office, Outlook and network
Additional Skills:
Applicant to have experience working with AWS technologies and M365 administration. Any of the below will be an advantage.
- Cloud Information Security, DLP design, administration
- AD DS, AD FS, AAD design, administration
- Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams Administration
- AWS Compute, Storage, Network, Database design and administration
