Job Description:
Background Information:
We are hiring Trading Voice & Recording Engineer to support a foreign bank front office user across multiple systems. You will be responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting as well as daily activities. This position primary focus on Trading Voice and Voice Recording Systems Support (Nice and/or Verba).
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of the Trading Voice & Recording infrastructure
- Perform ready for business checks
- Trading Voice Systems support: IPC Unigy
- Voice Recording Systems support:
- Nice Trading Recording (NTR)
- Nice Fusion
- Verint Verba
- Troubleshooting any Trading Voice & Recording related issues
- Collect metrics for Third Line escalation
- Create reports for Trading Voice Recording Operations and Senior Management teams
- Create reports for Voice Recording Operations and Compliance/Litigation teams
- Adhere to Internal Controls and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and SLA are met
- Collaborate with members of the NOC in other Regions to ensure a continuous effort in resolving issues and knowledge sharing
Key Requirements:
- 5+ Years’ experience in a similar Trading Voice Support Role.
- In depth knowledge of Trading Voice Systems: IPC UNIGY Version 4 (Valid Certification required)
- In depth knowledge of Voice Recording Systems:
- NICE NTR
- NICE FUSION
- VERINT VERBA
- In-Depth knowledge of Private wires and Hoot Networks.
- Professional experience, documenting, planning, and managing platforms through their life cycle
- Understanding of Compliance regulations (MiFID, DODD-Frank, etc.)
- Ability to collect and analyse Systems Trace Logs.
- CCNA and/or CCNA Voice Certifications
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Cisco UCM, Skype for Business and Symphony
- Knowledge of SBC (Oracle)
- Call Logging Systems
- Experience with NAS and SAN systems
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft Excel
